[Archive] Reka

This is an archive of posts I wrote about my long-term knitting machine project, named after my knitting machine, Reka. I eventually, and without telling anyone, retired this project about a year ago. I'm glad I did it, and I had a really good time and stretched a lot of great muscles while doing so, but my school Excel access ended, and it turns out that the process of machine-knitting sweaters is made up almost entirely of the most boring parts of machine-knitting, at least for me. And I've got so much else to work on. We may see more projects from Reka in future, but I make no promises. 18 May 2024.
